
Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi
Prof. Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi is an economist and researcher specializing in public sector economics, sustainable development, and higher education quality assurance. He holds a Doctor Habilitatus in Economics and is a Professor at West Ukrainian National University (Ukraine) and WSEI University (Poland). With extensive academic and policy expertise, Prof. Dluhopolskyi serves on the editorial boards of multiple international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, including Sustainability and Marketing and Management of Innovation. He is also a reviewer for MDPI journals and an external evaluation expert for higher education quality assurance agencies in Romania, Albania, and Kazakhstan.
Beyond academia, Prof. Dluhopolskyi actively contributes to international research initiatives, serving as a project manager and expert in multiple Erasmus+ programs, including projects on digitalization, academic freedom, and building resilient higher education systems. His work spans interdisciplinary fields, integrating economic policy, innovation, and governance. As a member of Ukraine’s National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA), he plays a crucial role in shaping educational reforms. Passionate about fostering collaboration, he engages with policymakers, universities, and European institutions to enhance academic excellence and promote sustainable economic policies.
