Katerina Manoff is the Founder & CEO of ENGin, a grassroots nonprofit rebuilding Ukraine through the power of the English language. ENGin’s one-of-a-kind program aims to pair 100,000 Ukrainian youth with English speakers worldwide for free online conversation practice and cross-cultural connection. Prior to launching ENGin in 2020, Katerina spent a decade working in the education space, where she helped launch multiple nonprofit and for-profit initiatives in the US and Ukraine. Katerina began her career as an investment banker at the boutique firm Evercore Partners. She holds a Master’s in Education from Harvard University and Bachelors degrees in International Studies and Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
